ΦΙΛΙΠΠOY Charioteer driving biga to right, holding reins in his left hand and goad in his right; below horses, trident. Le Rider 190 (D87'/R149). A lovely and nicely toned piece, with a particularly fine head of Apollo. Very minor marks on the obverse, otherwise, extremely fine.


The beautiful surfaces and toning of this fine example suggest that it should have an older pedigree.
